Gear up for 2025! is being offered and facilitated by Maria Mellano. It is designed as an immersive program guiding you to create your year consciously and to bloom a life you authentically love.
To Gear Up means to get ready! So, through the day's journey, we'll get complete with 2024. Then, we'll powerfully create 2025 by applying the VIP Focus - a Values-based, Intention-aligned, Purpose-driven vision and plan for fulfillment.
This one-day retreat is perfect for anyone interested in living an impactful, satisfying life.

MORNING Session
GATHER & CONNECT
We'll gather at 9:00 AM to connect and get to know each other in the courtyard over coffee/tea and morning pastries, which will be provided.
REFLECT & HONOR your GAINS & ACHIEVEMENTS
Inspired by the spectacular views of the South Morro Hills Valley, we'll begin with a uniquely created guided meditation honoring your year as a whole. Then, we'll dive into honoring your gains and achievements in the areas of life that matter most to you. These reflections will be supported by a workbook written for the program.
CLARIFY & CLEAR UNFINISHED BUSINESS
We'll dig deeper to clarify by using facilitated journaling and psychodrama exercises to clear up any unfinished business from 2024, allowing for a clear path forward.
AFTERNOON Session
CREATE YOUR NEW YEAR
Create specific and measurable VIP goals for the year in the areas of life that matter most to you.
RITUAL
We'll close the day with a meaningful ritual to honor our hard work.

Harness the power of honoring your value.
Value is the regard that something is held to deserve or its importance, worth, or usefulness. The value we afford to someone or something is based on perception. It also means a person's principles or standards of behavior about what one judges as important in life, leading to what a person is committed to fulfilling. Our values are expressed through our actions based on our interpretations, which depend on our level of consciousness. Simply put, if we have a low value for ourselves, we perceive ourselves as deserving less and compare ourselves to others through this lens. This is the thief of joy.
INTENTION
Harness the power of honoring intention.
Intention is a state of mind or mindset representing an aim, and a way of being one is committed to embodying and enacting. An intention is like the container that holds one's commitment to a desired outcome. With a plan of action to realize the aim of the intention, it will be successful. Intention created out of one's commitment with actual steps for the action plan is required to fulfill one's intention. Even more powerful is to build from the intention as if the outcome is inevitable, practicing thanks for it already being fulfilled.
PURPOSE
Harness the power of honoring purpose.
Purpose is why something is done, created, caused, or exists. It is a motivation or inspiration for being; like value, it is an interpretation. It is an enduring intention for your life based on your most profound commitment to being alive. Your soul's journey for being - your mission. It is the BIG WHY, and this excellent north star is guiding you in your life’s direction. We become unstoppable when we base our lives on a high-quality, deeply committed, values-aligned, purposeful reason for being.
